The beans are then roasted in small batches using a Novo Mark II, which helps maintain consistency in roasting time and temperature. The beans are subsequently ground and brewed fresh by Sakura Blue Café’s baristas to create a freshly brewed cup of coffee with optimal aroma and flavor characteristics. Guests can also purchase the small-batch roasted coffee beans to enjoy at home.

Homemade Soft Serve, Parfait & Savory Snacks

For dessert, Sakura Blue Café offers homemade soft serve made with carefully selected ingredients, available in Japanese Milk Vanilla and Matcha flavors. Guests can also choose from three Japanese-style parfaits: Banana Chocolate, Kyoto Matcha, and Strawberry Sakura.
